Once you decide Holiday Shacks is your preferred property management service we instantly prepare your property to be Guest Ready. We conduct a thorough inspection and advise on set-up and guest amenity requirements which will best suit your property and the traveller’s needs. Remember, you are transforming a house into an experience!

Once this process is complete and bookings are confirmed we then conduct the following personalised owner experiences: finesse/prepare the house for same day guest arrival, conduct pre and post cleans and property checks prior to guest arrival and departure, offer professional linen laundering, linen hire services if required and the management of other property supplier services as required (pool, garden, maintenance, electrical and plumbing). We manage all bookings via our online channel management system, ensuring quick and reliable turnaround timeframes. Our team personally engage with every one of our guests with care. We are an exclusive service as we believe we can offer you the very best short stay accommodation management experience with high occupancy returns.

We market your property locally, nationally and globally via our partner accommodation sites and ensure via our thorough inspection process your property offers the best possible guest amenities, is compliant for rent to ensure your property is Guest Ready. Attending to our guests personalised booking requirements, including in-house set-up requirements, delivery of personalised items, requests for specialised services such as transfers to and from the airport and/or around the Peninsula, babysitting, catering for in-house guests (hampers, sit down meals, fully stocked pantry on arrival), in-house health massages and beautician services including make-up, pedicures, manicures (perfect for a special occasion), mid-stay housekeeping services, local tourism service provider recommendations and bookings, our guest concierge service accommodates to the best of our ability!

6. We engage dedicated service providers who professionally manage and oversee these services at our properties where required. This could be in the form of a sit down celebration dinner for in-house guests or other internal services such as health massages, beauty care and babysitting services.

We assist owners with complete end-to-end holiday property management including dedicated housekeeping service specific to your property, pool maintenance, garden maintenance, tennis court surface servicing, window cleaning, rubbish removal, and other services as required. We have a dedicated maintenance team we call in as required for any repair required.

8. We have a concierge service available to detail properties prior to guest’s arrival and create a true homely welcome.

9. We review our rates annually; and our property consultants will perform routine inspections throughout the year so we can provide intimate knowledge of the property to all of our stakeholders.

10. We have a dedicated 24/7 call service to manage any enquiry or emergency situation should the need arise.

11. Holiday Shacks core market are families, girls retreat weekend bookings, couples, executive holiday rental and relocation, corporate bookings and bookings for wedding accommodation. We do not accept guests less than 28 years old (unless they are children accompanying family members).

Holidays Shacks achieves a high occupancy level and increases gross returns for the majority of our clients year on year. Once you sign with Holiday Shacks we develop a rate simulator forecast as an annual benchmark, and we will work to optimize your revenue return and exceed your expectations.

In order to achieve high visibility and a high level of occupancy, regular consultation with our Accommodation Manager and Managing Director will ensure all areas are covered to meet your target audience requirements.
