Holiday Shacks® Luxury Accommodation is the leading privately owned luxury short stay rental management company in Victoria. We provide a complete end-to-end business solution tailoring the management of our luxury portfolio to our client’s needs. We design tailored marketing solutions to ensure we attract great repeat guests for your luxury home.
Holiday Shacks® Luxury Accommodation was created by our Managing Director, Andrea Wilson, when she ‘opened the doors’ of her own luxury holiday home in Mount Martha in 2007.
Andrea is a strong advocate for the short stay industry in Australia. She has extensive industry knowledge and is currently on several tourism and industry advocacy and policy committees and in the past has been an Executive Board Director and President for the national industry body.
Andrea’s passion and enthusiasm have transformed our team into a dedicated group of people who share a common goal: to make each stay feel like a true home away from home.

We can organise fine dining experiences at any of our properties and have it ready during your stay.
Yona, our in-house dining chef, brings over 12 years of global culinary experience to your Holiday Shacks stay. Originally from the Basque Country, his passion for food began in Biarritz, inspired by the region’s rich tapas culture.
He honed his skills at the prestigious Hotel Du Palais and London’s 2 Michelin-starred Joël Robuchon before working with Neil Perry at Rockpool Bar & Grill and Andrew McConnell at Cumulus Inc., mastering wood-fired flavors and the finest local ingredients.
Now, Yonas delivers more than just a meal—his food is an experience, adding to your curated stay at Holiday Shacks. From relaxed family meals to indulgent multi-course feasts, every dish is tailored to your tastes, ensuring an unforgettable, restaurant-quality dining experience for every guest.
