Beachside Lane is an architecturally designed 2-storey townhouse nestled on the beach on the white sands of Chelsea will exceed your expectations. This executive retreat has 3 large luxe bedrooms filled with natural light and 2 bathrooms (master with ensuite) and 2 powder rooms. Located right on the beach, tantalise your senses with the sound of waves and scent of ocean air, along with the majestic beach views, luxe interiors, gas fireplace, theatre room, complimentary WiFi with study nook and modern appliances. Beachside Lane is a modern beachfront home which stands out from the crowd. Upon entry you will be greeted by rich wood-panelled walls that feature down the hallway and an abundance of natural light showcasing inviting courtyards. Beyond the entrance, on ground level, is access to a double lock up garage and a hallway leading to two large sumptuous queen bedrooms, both with built in robes and courtyard access and a shared large family bathroom with bath, shower and powder room. At the end of the hall is a large open space encompassing a TV/Theatre room, kitchenette, living room and access to an enclosed courtyard with views of the beach. This design creates a beautiful flow from the front lower terrace to the outdoor shower to the beach dotted with colourful beach boxes and heavenly views across Port Phillip Bay.

Upstairs is a luxurious master suite with spacious walk in robes and a dual ensuite bathroom filled with natural light. Alongside the master suite is a powder room and study adjacent to a central open courtyard.

A special feature of Beachside Lane is the open plan kitchen, dining and living with fireplace leading you towards the top private balcony with uninterrupted water views stretching right across the white sands of the bay and beyond. Please note: (i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings. We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this. A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments. After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made. (ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us. (iii) This property is not suitable for small or young children under 8 years of age. (iv) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld.
