Diamond Bay Villa is located only a minutes’ drive or short walk to Diamond Bay. A superb Mornington Peninsula golden location and close to all recreation and beachside living. Minutes by car to Southern Peninsula Golf Courses, Peninsula Hot Springs, Alba Thermal Baths, Sorrento Village and the glorious golden sands of Sorrento and Blairgowrie front and back beaches.
Please Note:
(i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings. We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this. A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments. After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iii) Pets are allowed (up to 2 small dogs). Please observe our Pet Terms and Conditions before booking.
(iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us. We thank you for your understanding.

Our host Andrea was incredibly helpful, polite and responsive. After a really poor experience at a previous airbnb which we left early, we were desperate to find a new place to take the 3 kids for the long weekend. The property was clean, well presented and had great amenities. We were very comfortable and had a lovely time. Andrea had the property ready for us in a matter of hours and responded to anything we needed. We can’t thank her enough for saving our holiday. Would recommend to anyone considering a break on the peninsula. Darren & Amanda
