Sun lounges and adjacent pool retreat with self contained bedroom and kitchen, covered alfresco dining area create complete holiday ambiance. This continues on the top balcony with louvre windows which open up from the kitchen space to extend the view and invite incredible seashore and local bird life sounds in. Guests will also adore relaxing in the sunshine in one of the stylish outdoor chairs on this upper balcony. At night, you can relax with your friends and family by the fire pit. Please note:
(i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings. We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this. A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments.
After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.

(ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.

(iii) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld.

(iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us. We thank you for your understanding.

Glen Shian | Luxury Villa On the Beach with Pool and Views

Glen Shian is ideally placed – a short walk to the beach & a short drive to Mt Eliza Village. The layout worked really well for us, with 5 seperate sleeping areas (double beds), 4 indoor common areas & ample outside areas (including pool-side). The choice of common-areas allowed us to combine for meals / games or break into smaller groups & ‘chill out’. The premises were modern, clean & well maintained and Holiday Shacks staff were there to greet us & made themselves available for assistance.
