Extremely well presented open plan living across three split levels with the 1st level kitchen, large dining table and seating for eight guests, and a living area and large screen LCD TV with Foxtel and a blu-ray DVD player. The open plan fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a breakfast table, gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and breakfast bench with kitchen bar stools. The 1st level also hosts the first of 3 decks with deck chairs to enjoy unbridled views of the Peninsula and breathtaking sunsets.

The 2nd level opens up to a family room with large screen LCD TV with Foxtel and blu-ray DVD player as well as access to the pool deck and pool, deck chairs and lounges…….perfect on summer days!

The 2nd level also provides access to a larger outdoor deck with a 10 seat table, large BBQ and outdoor lounge to support an unforgettable al fresco dining experience on the east-facing deck that captures the morning sun.

There are four spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests (maximum of 8 adults, with a sofa bed made available in the Master bedroom for children) in impeccable linen and veritable comfort. The stylish master bedroom adjoins a private Juliette-style balcony, ceiling fans plus spectacular coastal views. Two bathrooms and a powder room provide ample flexibility with the ensuite to the master bedroom fitted with a twin shower, twin vanities and luxurious free-standing bath.

Climate control is provided throughout the property by a ducted air-conditioning unit throughout the home in addition to fans in all rooms and additional air-conditioning in the master bedroom, ensuring all guests are kept comfortable during their stay.

The large laundry offers a washing machine and clothes dryer as well as outdoor hanging facilities.

Other notable luxury modern amenities/features throughout the property include: an I-pod docking station in both living spaces, Foxtel with full package (except movies) in both living spaces, wireless internet access, X-Box and games in the family room. There is Central heating and cooling available along with 2 Cannon Carlton Gas heaters operated by a switch at the rear, complimentary linen, towels & beauty products.

STAY NOTES

Please note: (i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings. We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this. A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments. After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made. (ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us. (iii) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld. (iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
