Please note:
(i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings. We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
(ii) A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments. After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(iii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iv) Pets (small non-shedding dogs) are allowed but the pet breed and age must be approved with us prior. Property is fully-fenced.
(v) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
