BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: Sleeps 12 guests (maximum 10 adults).
Bedroom and bathroom linen are included with your stay. Spare blankets are provided. Portacot and high chair available on request when booking.

Bedroom 1: Master: Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom (Toilet/Shower/Vanity), curtains, blinds, reverse cycle air con/heating, walk in robe and access to rear patio. (Sleeps 2) An adjoining sofa bedroom with TV and Reading Library. (Sleeps 2).
Bedroom 2: Triple Bunk Beds x 2 (Double on bottom and single on top) (Sleeps 6 – max 4 adults) with blinds, curtains and wardrobe.

iii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.
iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us.
