Internal Living Space:
Step inside Serenity on Seaview and be instantly impressed by quality appointments including a large open plan living space, a well appointed kitchen where a suite of quality stainless steel appliances and a large pantry in the kitchen make light work of daily meal preparation.

Al Fresco Dining:
Sliding doors seamlessly unite open plan living and dining with the outdoors, where a crowd-pleasing al fresco dining area will make entertaining a breeze. Guests will love dining and relaxing in the large covered al fresco lounge, meals and barbecue haven which can be closed off to the heat of the day by large drop down awnings. Overlooking the glass fenced pool, this space creates a wonderful light & breezy ambiance and delivers exceptional and serene coastal living.

Bedrooms and bathrooms:
There are 4 separate bedrooms all with new luxe beds, sleeping up to 10 guests in total, providing generous accommodation, featuring a master king bedroom with walk-in robes and ensuite (shower/vanity and toilet) located at the front of the house. Walk down a wide hallway to a Queen bedroom with robes and large family bathroom with bath, shower and separate powder room opposite. A bunk bedroom hosting a triple bunk bed (with a large comfortable double bed on the bottom and single on the top with trundle below) and robes is perfect for a couple or family use. A secondary living space across the hallway provides TV and dvd player for family viewing, with this room also able to be closed off and utilised as an extra sleeping space with a comfortable double sofa bed. A large plasma TV with Netflix and Foxtel resides in the main living room.

Exceptional features:
Solar & gas heated, salt-chlorinated swimming pool; sensational all-weather entertaining area complete with café blinds, shade sail, mains gas plumbed BBQ oven, frameless glass balustrade, gas ducted heating & evaporative cooling and outdoor ceiling fans for year-round comfort, video entry system & alarm, laundry, oversized single garage with auto door. There is a further outdoor powder room and shower provided for guests using the pool area or returning from the beach. Should you wish to ensure the pool/spa is gas heated during your stay you will need to advise us at the time of booking.

*Gas heating is an additional cost of $140 per day (min booking of 2+ days).

*Nightly rates quoted are for short stays special offer rates are available for longer stays by visiting the Holiday Shacks website. Please note: (i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings. We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this. A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments. After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made. (ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us. (iii) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld. (iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age. (v) Additional charges apply ($140 per day) for gas pool heating but not solar heated pools or gas heated spa. Please inform Holiday Shacks if you wish to have gas pool heating at the time of booking to ensure this can be arranged for your stay. Guests must book pool heating for the duration of their stay.
