Shona Coastal Escape offers wonderful entertaining with a large open planned kitchen and island bench fitted out with all modern quality appliances including a coffee machine and walk in pantry overlooking a large dining table seating up to 10 guests. The adjacent living room with views across the fully fenced property and nature reserve with adjoining paved walkway to the village and beach invite the bush and sea life views to your door.

A separate wing of the house includes 3 further bedrooms and a main bathroom with separate toilet.

STAY NOTES

Please note: (i) Additional charges apply ($140 per day) for gas pool heating but not solar heated pools or gas heated spa. Please inform Holiday Shacks if you wish to have gas pool heating at the time of booking to ensure this can be arranged for your stay. Guests must book pool heating for the duration of their stay. (ii) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings. We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this. A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments. After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made. (iii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us. (iv) Pets are allowed on application. Max 1 dog, must be kept outside at all times. (v) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
