The Space:
Designed over 3 levels with a 4 car basement garage and home gym, in a private, gated community Waters Edge Retreat has 4 entertaining zones in total and an award winning kitchen with AEG stainless steel appliances. The fully equipped kitchen will delight the family chef with its oven, fridge with water and ice dispenser and wide island stone bench.

Only 20 metres from the beach this impressive beach house is designed to maximise stunning panoramic water views and has direct access to the beach in Edithvale through the downstairs courtyard gate. Enjoy summer barbeques on the top deck covered with an electric awning and summer breezes flowing through the large open plan living, dining, relaxation space in front of the gas fireplace and modern chefs kitchen.

Arrive and park in a secure underground garage and ascend to the large spacious lower-level with a master king bedroom, ensuite and walk in robe as well as two further large queen bedrooms, main bathroom and rear sitting room with a baby grand piano opening to a lower private covered al fresco lounge courtyard, outdoor shower and direct beach access.

Ascend the stairs to the light-filled living area and take a moment to enjoy the view over Port Phillip Bay where yachts, cruisers and fishing boats quietly come and go throughout the day. From here you can glimpse the Mornington Peninsula and a large sandy beach connecting Edithvale to the Peninsula that meanders along the waterfront to the calm and shallow waters of Frankston.

The home’s contemporary main living area is stylishly fitted out with modern furnishings and appliances, including an entertainment system and plasma TV with Netflix and apps, a leather sofa that seats guests in comfort, an eight-seater dining table and breakfast bar that opens onto a roomy balcony. This picture-perfect top deck area provides relaxed entertaining, and the lower courtyard creates a private shady sun trap. Both the perfect spot to relax over a drink with friends and family at the end of the day.

Please note our House Rules: (i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings. We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this. A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments. After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made. (ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us. (iii) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld. (iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age. (v) This property is not suitable for small or young children under 8 years old.
