The home features multiple Daikin reverse-cycle heating and cooling units throughout, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, a fully equipped country-style kitchen, Breville coffee machine (BYO beans), spacious dining areas, and family-friendly amenities including children’s toys and soccer nets and in-ground trampoline on the expansive grounds.

Pets are welcome both inside and outside the home, allowing your furry companions to enjoy the holiday too. Please note that while the property is situated within a secure gated complex, the fencing around the home and grounds is not fully secure for pets and supervision may be required.

ii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.

iii. This property welcomes pets, subject to prior approval. Additional pet terms and conditions may apply.

iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and complete a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been completed and approved by us. All bookings are subject to approval pending guest verification. Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.

v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law, which all guests must agree to when booking. We thank you for your understanding.
