Relax by the indoor wood fireplace or outdoor firepit with complimentary firewood, soak in the sunken indoor bath with country views, or unwind in the outdoor bath and shower under the sky surrounded by nature. The home features multiple Daikin reverse-cycle heating and cooling units throughout, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, a fully equipped country-style kitchen, Breville coffee machine (BYO beans), spacious dining areas, and family-friendly amenities including outdoor entertaining and dining spaces, children’s toys and soccer nets, in-ground trampoline and open lawn areas for children and families.

A fully equipped kitchen with ample preparation and serving space includes a Euromaid climate-control fridge and freezer and spcaious dining with 2 dining tables seating 6 – 8 guests.

Pets are welcome both inside and outside the home, allowing your furry companions to enjoy the holiday too. Please note that while the property is situated within a gated complex, the fencing around the back of the home is not fully secure for pets and supervision may be required.

2. Pet-Friendly Stays: We welcome pets with prior approval! Standard pet policies apply.

3. Security Bond: A refundable $2,000 security bond is required for all stays and is promptly released following checkout inspection.

4. Guest Verification & Council Compliance: Upon booking, you will receive our standard digital guest verification form, including our mandatory No Party Policy. To secure your reservation, please complete and return this verification within 24 hours. All stays must comply with local council short-stay regulations.

5. Quiet Stay Policy: In accordance with Mornington Peninsula Shire Council guidelines, we maintain a strict policy prohibiting parties, events, schoolies, bucks, or hens gatherings.
