Andrea Wilson is the Founder and Managing Director of Holiday Shacks®, one of Victoria’s most established and respected luxury holiday rental management companies.

With more than 18 years of experience in the luxury accommodation industry, Andrea has built Holiday Shacks® into a trusted brand synonymous with exceptional guest experiences, superior property presentation, and outstanding financial performance for property owners throughout Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.

Andrea’s journey began in 2007 when she launched her first luxury holiday home in Mount Martha. As both a successful property investor and accommodation operator, she quickly recognised a gap in the market for highly personalised, boutique property management services that genuinely represented property owners’ interests while delivering a premium guest experience.

Today, Holiday Shacks® manages a carefully curated collection of luxury holiday homes, waterfront retreats, designer beach houses, and exclusive accommodation properties.
