Pets are welcome both inside and outside the home, allowing your furry companions to enjoy the holiday too. Please note that while the property is situated within a gated complex, the fencing around the back of the home is not fully secure for pets and supervision may be required.

3. Security Bond: A refundable $2,000 security bond is required for all stays and is promptly released following checkout inspection.

4. Guest Verification & Council Compliance: Upon booking, you will receive our standard digital guest verification form, including our mandatory No Party Policy. To secure your reservation, please complete and return this verification within 24 hours. All stays must comply with local council short-stay regulations.
