This two‑storey retreat offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, multiple living areas, and a large ocean‑view deck perfect for family meals, sunset drinks, or morning coffee from the coffee machine. The secure fenced yard makes travelling with pets easy, and the lock‑up garage with table tennis keeps everyone entertained between beach adventures.

Anchor Beachfront Retreat is all about easy, comfortable coastal living a place where families (and pets!) can unwind, explore, and enjoy the best of the Mornington Peninsula.
Luxury Inclusions: Designed with the discerning traveller in mind Anchor Beachfront Retreat has ducted heating and air conditioning on both levels, Netflix and other streaming services, Sonos music system, Expressi Coffee Machine (K-fee) requires Aldi pods, complimentary wireless internet and is only a short walk to the main local metro centre, trains and gateway to the Mornington Peninsula.
Parking: 2 cars in DLUG, 2 cars in driveway and garaged parking for a small boat.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: Sleeps 12 across 9 separate beds. Maximum 8 adults.
Bedroom and bathroom linen are included with your stay.
Spare blankets are provided. Portacot and high chair available on request when booking.

Booking Guidelines & Terms of Stay
1. Ideal Guest Experience: Perfectly suited for romantic escapes, extended stays, girls’ weekends, and relaxing getaways with family or friends, offering a comfortable and inviting setting to unwind and reconnect.
2. Pet-Friendly Stays: We welcome pets with prior approval! The property features a fully fenced backyard for peace of mind. Standard pet policies apply.
3. Security Bond: A refundable $1,000 security bond is required for all stays and is promptly released following checkout inspection.
4. Guest Verification & Council Compliance: Upon booking, you will receive our standard digital guest verification form, including our mandatory No Party Policy. To secure your reservation, please complete and return this verification within 24 hours. All stays must comply with local council short-stay regulations.
5. Quiet Stay Policy: In accordance with Mornington Peninsula Shire Council guidelines, we maintain a strict policy prohibiting parties, events, schoolies, bucks, or hens gatherings.
