Please note:
(i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings. We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
(ii) A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments. After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(iii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iv) Strictly no pets allowed. This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld.
(iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us. We thank you for your understanding.

Stayed here with my girlfriends for the weekend and what a beautiful and relaxing weekend it was! Nice and close to the wineries and Alba Hot Springs. The accomodation was super clean and well equipped. Thank you. Loved our stay and would highly reccomend.

Sunrise Oasis | Relaxed Family Retreat with Pool Spa and Cinema
We had a lovely time at Sunrise Oasis, we had our kids and their cousins there and the kids had an absolute ball and didn’t want to leave. It was very very clean, comfortable and spacious for the three family’s we had stay here. It’s wasn’t swimming weather but the kids didn’t leave the spa and spend many hours playing on the kids billiards table! Great accomodation!

Sunrise Oasis is an absolute gem! The house was stunning, spacious, and had a warm and welcoming vibe. The kids had a blast with the movie room and board games, not to mention the beautiful pool and spa. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet court close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Can’t wait to experience it all over again!
