This large holiday house situated adjacent to Mount Martha National Park and located on half an acre, offers a spacious, bayside retreat for 2-3 families housing a configuration of up separate 10 beds. With superb holiday entertainment facilities including a flood lit championship size tennis court (racquets and balls are provided), private fully fenced jacuzzi, pool and deluxe cabana, outdoor wood fire pizza oven, a games room housing a full size slate Pool/Billiard table adjacent to a double lock up garage, ample private landscaped grounds, large entertainers decks on both levels and 2 large living spaces with unsurpassed water and Melbourne city views. If required Vue de la Mer hosts separate apartment accommodation which can be individually accessed or opened up with the whole house. This luxury holiday home will not disappoint.

On the lower entrance level guests will be greeted with a large carpeted lounge room complete with new contemporary furniture, plasma TV with Foxtel, floor to ceilng windows allowing uninterrupted bay views, an open fireplace and dining to seat 12 people. Walk through to the open plan fully stocked gourmet kitchen, tiled floors and a further living area complete with a chaise lounge and Plasma TV. The large lower deck accessed from this area houses modern outdoor furniture perfect for al fresco dining. There is a bathroom on this level, with separate toilet, a laundry with washing machine and dryer and internal access to the double lock up garage and games room.

Upstairs the bay views will simply take your breath away. Enjoy these views from the master (queen with ensuite) and king bedroom, both have direct access to an upstairs balcony. There is a third bedroom on this level suitable for children comprising of 1 x bunk bed and a trundle (sleeping 3). The main house sleeps 7 in total. Separate (and lockable) apartment accommodation (with independent access from the side of the house) is available. With views overlooking the tennis court, grounds and bay views this apartment offers privacy for 5 people. There is a self contained kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet, living and dining area with Foxtel along with 2 bedrooms including a master queen bedroom and a bunk with a pull out trundle.

The circular driveway offers off-street parking for up to 3 cars and a boat. 2 additional cars can be parked in the lock up garage and 2 in a separate parking bay for the apartment. Close to all local amenities including the seaside village of Mt Martha and Mornington and beaches, Mt Martha Golf course (2 minutes drive), Red Hill (10 minutes drive), Martha Cove (5 minutes drive) and Safety Beach (5 minutes drive) you will definitely find it hard to leave!

Please note: (i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings. We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this. A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments. After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made. (ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us. (iii) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld. (iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age. (v) Additional charges apply ($140 per day) for gas pool heating but not solar heated pools or gas heated spa. Please inform Holiday Shacks if you wish to have gas pool heating at the time of booking to ensure this can be arranged for your stay. Guests must book pool heating for the duration of their stay.
