About the Chef:
Chef’s story is woven with a deep connection to the Peninsula, rooted in childhood summers in Dromana and family fishing trips at Sorrento. In 2013, she finally made the move to this cherished region and honed her culinary craft at Montalto Vineyard and Olive Grove, followed by Stillwater at Crittenden Estate. With a rich background in Melbourne and European kitchens under the mentorship of talented and humble chefs, Chef embodies a passion for French cuisine with a modern twist, elegant European cooking, and the infusion of native Australian ingredients. Her kitchen thrives on seasonal, sustainable, and fresh produce, sourced locally from the Mornington Peninsula’s finest suppliers and producers, as well as her own bountiful kitchen garden.
