Summer is fast approaching and it is time to start planning those adventures.  Some of our very organised guests have already booked one of our gorgeous holiday homes, but do not despair we do still have availability through December and Janaury.  In this poste we wanted to share with you some of the quieter hidden jems on the Peninsula, just a little away from the busier bayside towns of Mount Martha, Blairgowrie & Sorrento.

Have you ever dreamt of living on a vineyard?  I know I have.  Why not live the dream, if only for a weekend.   Sandstone Estate comes with its very own cellar door!  Stroll down and sample Fenian Wines award winning wines with a cheese platter.  Open every weekend throughout the Summer Fenian wines is well worth a stop of your wine tour.  They concentrate mainly on Estate grown Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay, what the Mornington Peninsula grows best! 

The Mornington Peninsula vineyards are famous and you really are spoilt for choice as to which cellar door to visit first.  Also located in Red Hill with its very own vineyard, Nafplio (below) is a gorgeous retreat close to all the cellar doors and eateries Red Hill has to offer.  Which will you choose?

Cape Schanck, the Ocean Beaches and Ocean Luxe Retreat

Everyone knows about the glorious beaches and fabulous wines of the Mornington Peninsula, but the state and national parks really are the region’s best kept secret.
