Fantastic place to stay, loved the view of the water and watching the changing weather. Perfect for a large family get together with the 3 bedrooms downstairs. Sunsets were amazing.

This was a lovely clean comfortable studio with clever use of space inside and out. Lightfilled and airy it is walking distance to Mt Martha shops and a short drive to Mornington or a longer pleasant walk along the clifftops of the bay. Tom is a wonderful host and we would stay again.

Honestly this place is fantastic. Stylish, yet family friendly, with so many toys, activities, and space for everyone to just enjoy being out of the city. We had 8 adults and 4 kids and didn’t at any point feel cramped or overwhelmed. Just a fantastic place. Will definitely be back.

We feel so incredibly grateful for our stay at this beautiful Mt Martha home. From the moment we walked through the door, it was clear that every detail had been thought of with such care. The house had everything we could possibly need and created the perfect backdrop for a much-needed family escape. It was more than just a place to stay – it gave us the chance to slow down, reconnect, and make memories together. A huge thank you to Andrea for her warm and seamless communication, which made everything so easy, and an even bigger thank you to the owners for opening up their home. Your generosity has meant the world to us, and this time away has been truly restorative. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was perfect in every way, and we will treasure this experience for a long time to come. Thank you so much. Rooms: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Location: 5/5
